Display Mode gives you back the space you lost with your old cases. Not only will it allow you to show off your instrument, it is the basis of the Audio Gearbox Modular Audio Tools System.
VOCAL SURROUND
Audio Gearbox features spring loaded quick release hinges which allows you to remove the lid of each case section. This gives you the option to convert Audio Gearbox into many different configurations.
You can enhance your audio recordings by converting 2 Audio Gearbox cases into a wall mounted vocal surround. Utilizing more than three inches per side of 1.8 lb. density polyester polyurethane acoustic foam, Audio Gearbox gives you unparalleled high-performance acoustic properties while used for sound control and room correction applications. We've even included a microphone mounting point.
Scalable and lightweight. This is the basis of your music future. The average guitar player owns seven guitars and with just two cases, you have the foundation of the Audio Gearbox system. You can change out your guitars and keep your gearbox as an investment in your music career.

Recording great audio starts right at the point where you mic up your first instrument. Getting it right the first time makes the entire process much easier with better results. You can't change the physics of sound you can only try to improve your environment to capture that one great take or get the mix right the first time.

Audio Gearbox gives you a modular and scalable platform that can expand as you need it. Incorporate the system into your existing room treatment and with the offset and angled wall mount coupling system, you can install over existing panels. This will maintain the room correction while you are using the cases for another purpose and continue to have non parallel surfaces that create unwanted reflections.

MOUNT
The wall mount coupling system is easy to install, however in ceratin circumstances it may not be optimal. Audio Gearbox has removable base stand platforms that allow you to use either side of the case with standard DJ / PA speaker stands ( sold separately )

MAINTENANCE
Guitar set ups, maintenance and string changes are much easier with the right equipment. Audio Gearbox features a padded and articulating neck holder that allows you to work on the instrument safely and in a more ergonomic way. No need to struggle with such a simple task anymore.

STAND AND DELIVER
Integrated in to each Audio Gearbox is a billet aluminum stand balancer that allows you to use your case as a guitar stand or display. This unique design features a padded neck support with inserts that allows you to hang most all standard solid body guitars. This includes both right and left handed instruments and the insert will also balance the guitar vertically no matter the head stock configuration.

SOUND
SEPARATION
Many times when you are playing a live set or recording your next track a little separation is what you need and it goes a long way. Audio Gearbox allows you to create a sound barrier to control your sound and to minimize the bleed through of unwanted sound from the other instruments. You might not always need each feature, but when you do, having a Modular Guitar Case System gives you the flexibility and utility you never realized you could have with you at all times.
VOCAL
ENCLOSURE
Using several cases, you can transform Audio Gearbox into a standing isolation booth. This is not intended to be sound proof, however it will give better control over your recording space to capture cleaner audio. The average guitar player has 7 guitars. That's a lot of space taken up with empty cases. What was once an accessory is now an integral part of your music equipment. Let your cases work for you, not against you. Between you and your band mates, you will have plenty of options to grow and expand the capabilities of Audio Gearbox.

Each case section includes 4 storage compartments with integrated shelves that can used as a stand for a tablet or phone to lyrics sheets and even a coffee mug. Each compartment has removal foam that can be moved from the inside of the compartment to the outside face of the storage door to further minimize reflections depending on your needs

Every Audio Gearbox features a USB hub that can be used to power the optional LED lights or power up your electronics as needed.
Shown with the optional top cover and LED lights in place, Audio Gearbox must be attached to the wall via the wall mount couplers for extra stability.

You only need 2 Audio Gearbox cases to create a functional vocal surround, however to get the most out of your case system, you can option for the Top Cover. First and for most this will reduce surrounding noise and overhead reflections by a significant amount. Additionally, this will allow you to use the optional LED lights to create the perfect vocal recording working environment.
POWER
GRID
Incorporated into the top tray of each Audio Gearbox is a USB Hub with a accessory tray. This allows you to power the optional LED lights and other USB powered accessories you might need when you configure Audio Gearbox into the Vocal Surround or Display Stand Mode and gives you a place to keep a few guitar picks for easy access. The wall mount coupling points also allow you to attach optional hooks to hold cables, headphones and other items you might need close at hand.
